Day 365 - The Family in 2013

For the lucky this photo will be coming with a Happy New Year card instead of Christmas.  If I get that accomplished.  Thanks you for following all year with the three kids.  My new 2014, 365 day project will be myself (with or without people) for the next year.  Hope I am enough to look at!! My other 365 day project well I have three ideas.  Just haven't narrowed them down.  January 5th will be the day that kicks off.  Happy New Years Eve everyone. xoxoxo

7am wake up.  What did Santa bring?  Why big pool toys and a steady rain all day.  We didn't get into the pool toys but we played with all the rest and read and snuggled,  parents got a nap and a great turkey dinner.  When the weather is 21 degrees it is perfect for turkey cooking.   Merry Christmas everyone.

Ciara got the school Dux award which is top all round academic award,  Hannah got top marks in writing. 

Day 343 - Power Outage

Power went out at 5pm didn't see it come on til one am.  Apparently the wind knocked a tree down at the neighbours but way way down by the creek so it wasn't noticed for a while and was very hard to get down to.  Lots of chainsaw noises through the night.

Temperature of 35 degree today.   So they peeled off the swimmers from the clothes line and jumped in again after school. 

Day 323 - Swimming with Grandma

Warming up slowly.  Kids come home from school hot and sweaty so they jump in and grandma has been the pruning god of our gardens so that I have a clue what everything should look like.  So she jumps in after working to cool off.
