Day 5 - Kimberly - Underground Mining Railway

Yes no adventure is complete without some mining thrown in for the mining engineer.   

Day 4 - More of the Rockies

Kids weren't feeling too well after a wet evening.   It was quite a bit colder to.   Did a quick walk to the Takakkaw Falls and then lunch at Lake Louise.  

Day 3 - Bad Poker Face

Day 3 at Yoho National Park.    Evening drink: Pims cocktail and a good game of cards before the storm hit.   Lots of rain and some things a little bit wet.  

Day 2 - Glacier National Park and Mitten Lake BC

After waking up in the Glacier National Park,   we took a hike around the Loop Trail.   Huge granite pillars once held up the first rail line through the rockies.   Then we drove on to meet up with our friends the deBoer/Jinots in Golden BC.   They took us to a little spot on Mitten Lake and there we decided to camp for the night.   Beautiful day.

Road Trip to Merritt BC

We had to go to Merritt to say goodbye to the truck.    Eric's baby was bought.  

Play Date at Chase Beach

Off to the beach in Chase,  BC with a group of mom's and their sons.   No sisters,  just sand,  water, kites,  and play ground.  

Cookie Monsters

Ciara has been a baking machine.   We have a new batch of cookies each day.   Yummy,  but maybe not great for my belly!!!
