Elvis Festival Week - Last Week in Parkes before Moving

 Macadamia nuts, chocolate and some frozen pie crust were the bottom of my pantry while trying to get things eaten before we move.  I came up with a chocolate macadamia nut tart.  Very yummy.

Last birthday in our Parkes home.  Bittersweet. 

Christmas Holidays 2016

 Now begins the hours of trying to assembly elaborate marble roller!

 Ice Cream truck song was heard so had to run down the lane to get some.

 I have created a monster.  Eric made chicken tenders in the deep fryer a few weeks back and well they tasted exactly like Kentucky Fried Chicken.  He now will not tell me the recipe.   Thought I don't mind him doing the cooking.

 These too have a love hate relationship I caught them at the love stage. 

Now the temperatures are 39C so we are doing a lot of water balloon fights.  

Last Week of School in Australia

1st two weeks of December

 Christmas decorating in the summer with roses blooming.  Kind of throws you but still fun.

 Out and about on some farms during harvesting. 

 Jacaranda trees in bloom.  Purple just a stunning colour on a tree. 

 Then to Cobar to visit daddy and go to some Xmas parties.
