Last 2 weeks of March - Holiday Time

 A much needed holiday for this whole family.  We went to Coffs Harbour.  For some fun, beach and food!  First up the icon shot.  THE BIG BANANA. 

 It was a 9 hours trip with a stop for lunch and so we got in to Coffs Harbour and went straight to the beach to see the sunset. 

 The next morning we got up and tried out the pools at the hotel and they had a little waterslide.

 The next day we went to the Forest Sky Pier so see the views of Coffs Harbour.

 Moonee Beach is our favourite beach by far in the whole of Coffs Harbour.

Third Week of March

 Storm clouds looked spectacular for days but no results. 

 Then the skies unleashed on Friday and we finally got some rain that we needed.  Since we had no rainfall for the whole of February. 

 Sunday we woke up a tree branch down over our vegetable beds.  Ugh.  Lots of work. 

2nd Week of March

 Started off the week with a trip to a sheering shed again. 

 Having two families that love ice cream has created offspring that adore it even more!

 Catch Up Vaccines for the girls so that we now are both good in both Australia and Canada.

Storm clouds rolled in and we finally got some rain after weeks without. 

First Week of March

All about me this week.  My birthday...... has been hot and busy but unfortunately no photo opportunities.  (can't sneak into auditions for a high school play that would just be embarrassing)

Last Week of February

 Our first lime from around our gardens now that we are paying attention to how do get them to produce. 

 Eric and I came home from a meeting and found them all sitting together watching a movie!

3rd Week of February

 Mid Week the girls had swim carnival at high school.  Hannah got first in both freestyle and breaststroke for 12 year olds.   Ciara has a national level swimmer in her age group. ( she didn't want her photo taken)

 Morning routines around here.   Lazy, eating and trying to wake up. 

This is a Sacred Kingfisher.  The poor thing did a runner into our window.  So while it was getting it's bearings straight again.  I got to photograph it.  Such a pretty bird.  

 So we are getting our last hot spell I think before it becomes beautiful weather again in my books.  Temperatures in the mid to high 30C's so we are getting in some more swimming time on the weekends.    Next week a high of 41C is predicted.  Ugh..

 So did a little photography gig.

 Watched Owen at his swim carnival this week.   He did well. 

1st Week of February

Some interesting storms came in the first week of February

 A lot of us just slept during the rain. 

 It was nice on the weekend so Eric escaped the house and went out on the hammock. 

Owen has figured out a new way to play a video game so he played during the weekend.
